Add you wife , 2 weeks before she comes, IE if she is coming on 16th may add her on 1st may.

Hello,
Here's a snapshot of my scenario:
1.My first H1 with company A: Oct 2005 to Oct 2008 (stamped in my passport)
2.My entry to USA: May 2006
3.My wife's entry to USA on H4: Oct 2007 (stamped in her passport)
4.My second H1 with company B: Dec 2007 to Dec 2010 (Not stamped in my passport)
5.My wife's H1 with company C: Oct 2008 to Oct 2011 (Not stamped in her passport)
My wife is on H1 now and she could not get a job till now. Now we want to change her status back to H4. Whats the best way to do this? She plans to travel to India in Jan 2010 and I plan to travel to India in April 2010. Any help highly appreciated.

Yes I did, but did not get a dual card. It says on the card - "Not Valid For Reentry to US" - my guess its not dual.
Did you say 2007!? and you haven't rcvd EAD cards till now!. Did you check with USCIS?

I would like to stay in the project through a difference vendor because it is stable for quite long time and I am expecting to be there for next 3 yrs.

I guess people are willing to shell out few extra hundreds as long as it expedites the process. Anyway thousands are being spent on attorney's instead if all this money goes to USCIS, atelast things gets done faster. Ofcourse the string attached to this is that the money should be spent for improving process rather than fattening the pockets of few. I am also told that most of the fee money goes towards the Border security ( May be taking money from legal applicants to curb illegals)

Interesting. I never received the 1099-INT. Will talk to my bank.
CITI Bank usually send the 1099. But if you have account with ICICI or some other Indian Banks they do not send it. Also check if your bank in India deducting Tax (Usually called as TDS) on interest you earn. That amount you can deduct on US tax return as foreign taxes paid.

I also called the number 202-224-7703. The lady told me that, it is scheduled for hearing this fall and we can check on Website judiciary.senate.gov . She said, usually they post the date, 1 week before the hearing in the committee. She is also told that, she is going to pass on the message for hearing, to the senators.

I am in US right now on H1B status, I've my wife on H4 status, I'll be leaving to renew my H1B again, but I heard that some people get their case under review for months, so I am planning to re-enter to US using my AP in case this happened to me.
My question now:
Would re-entering to US using my AP void my wife's H4 status? Knowing the fact that I'll be working with my H1B status and I am not planning to use my EAD

when you got H1 did you receive new I-94? If yes, then you should have been working with the employer who did your H1 and not L1 employer. If not you should be able to COS to H1 without issues.

During COS process ..I will not be working on project so is this become problem for denial of COS status

I have a really hard time focusing on the fence in the first two. I would pick three as my favorite but only with a slight lead over four. I actually like the grean in four as it adds a nice variation is color...but I don't like the ceramic thingy.
