To prove false advertisement, you must be able to prove certain facts to be true. There are 5 requirements. The first one is the relevant fact to this case.
That being....a false statement of fact has been made about the advertiser's own or another person's goods, services, or commercial activity.
The seller stated what he was selling in the auction. That disqualifies this requirement.
No prosecutor in this country would even offer this case to a grand jury.

Overnight my sirius app stops working once the screen fades out or I hit the button on the bottom or top of the ipad.
any ideas?
Just checked my app and it seems to be working fine. I'd close out the app and try again. Or, hard reset and try. Good luck! I LOVE my Sirius!

I have always used Safari since it came out, but since Jan '06 (and moving to the country), I have had to switch to Camino/Firefox because I now have Satellite internet.
The problem I have is that Safari is lazy and won't wait as long as it takes for a page to load. It will just show broken image icons where the graphics should be. The other aforementioned browsers take their time and keep accessing the page until it loads, even if I open multiple tab pages at once.
I would love to go back to Safari if they would fix this problem or if there was some box I needed to check/uncheck in the prefs.
Any ideas?

Apple should really diversify their suppliers anyway, which is what they look like they are doing. Cut Samsung supply by 50%, and threaten all of it if they don't get their act together. Surely Samsung doesn't think that that they can bring in this kind of revenue on their own merit. Outside of LCD televisions, Samsung has an image problem, and even that has only improved in the last few years.

I think you need to look in to what software you would like or what you can afford. Also, what sort of graphics are you wanting to create? Illustrations or photo based images?
Photoshop and Illustrator are the standards but are very expensive �4-600. Try GIMP in the meantime, it's a decent free app.

I've had every single iPhone released. Just sold my Verizion 32gb iP4 for $630 when I bought it BNIB off CL for $450. You don't have to be a dummy to enjoy new electronics.

i would try setting the ports to default instead of :8888. Then restart the server and try again.
If that doesn't work install xampp which is exactly like mamp and test your web pages using that.

While I am not a big fan of Lotus Notes, It normally causes more problems then it solves. But a lot of companies use it and some swayer by it, I swayer at it. But giving companies with Lotus notes a choice in alternate platforms to move to, is a good thing. Worst case senerio is that a company who still wants to stay on windows, can go to microsoft/dell... and say well Apple can give me this what can you do better?

After I switched to Verizon, AT&T sent me a letter offering all sorts of deals if I'd change my mind (although they didn't offer to buy out my new 2-year Verizon contract).

iPhone 4's screen is still great compare to other phones. Pushing larger screen will create additional work to developers because of different resolutions. Although if Apple thought a larger screen size is really the way to go, they decided it to be the standard screen size in several years to come.

I want to add an mp3 file into my project. It adds fine, however it stops playing after about ten seconds. Garage band shows that the whole file is still there, but it is limited to the first ten seconds.
Please help this is quiet frustrating.
