Why not? If multinational executives are not excellent enough to apply for EB1, who esle are?
Most of the Multinational executives are people who are managing their people(Onsite Project Managers and Onsite Co-ordinators) at the client locations and managing client relationship.
What I mean is, when you compare a NIW person( who is in research fields and publishes numerous papers and dedicated his/her life in scientific research, should be given preference over the Executive. EB1 belongs to exceptional individuals.
The general requirement is that the individual should have risen to the "top of her/his field of endeavor."

(ii) which should be recognized through extensive documentation and
(iii) the alien should continue the work in the same field and
(iv) would substantially benefit the U.S. prospectively

Here is my story, Immigration experts are requested to suggest.......
My H1 started from Oct 05 with Employer A.
Applied Labor in Feb 07, Approved in Feb 07.
I-140 approved in May 07.
Applied I-485 in July 07, still pending.
EAD, AP received in Oct 07 - Expired in Oct 08 (Never Used)
Renewed EAD in Oct 08, valid till Oct 2010.
In Oct 08 H1 expired (3 years), Employer A filed for extension in Sep 08.
The project with Employer A finished on Nov 22, 08. (on H1)
Started new project with Employer B on EAD from Nov 24, 08.
(AC21 was not filed)
Employer A responded an RFE for H1 extension in Jan 09. (3years of Tax
Returns, W2, etc)
Due to miscommunication between me and Employer A, he was notified of my
new job on EAD with Employer B in march 09.
H1 Extension with Employer A got REJECTED on April 26, 09. Reason - End client
contract not submitted. (It was not mentioned in RFE)
Never filed an AC21.
What should I do now ? Will this H1 extension rejection become an
obstable in getting I-485 approved ? Will there be any problem in getting
third extension of EAD if I-485 is still pending ?
Should I appeal this case by submitting all the end client contracts ? But I have
used EAD ...........I have good relation with Employer A and am assuming he will
not revoke my I-140.
Experts please suggest........

Does filing of dependent's I-485 anything to do with LUD on approved I-140/I-131 of Primary applicant? Anybody having similar experience?

I just wanted to see if I can make a point with my thread and hence gather some support for the common cause,. ease the pain for EB2/EB3 guys.
I started this thread a month back. So how many of you, or those you know, lost their jobs in the last one month. Just a study. And wanted to press on the same point as the 1st post I did.
If you had lost a job, would you do more now to high light our problems..and participate more.. ??

hmmm....cannot say in my case i had all the paystubs for the months before i resigned...it was only i left i didnt got the 2 paystubs though for 1 salary was paid and even bank statement is reflecting that and my employer confirmed by sending a mail......
It is a serious breach of not giving paystub bit kind of chicken egg problem becoz if u complain ot DOL tey ara for certin going to tear him off but he has liberty of cancelling you r visa.....
I know a ldy who was harrases in this manner , she wrote to DOL...and action was very promt.....and after few months she left those guys....
I hope this helps.......

If FP is for EAD, one is likely to get EAD soon with fingerprints.
If FP is for GC, it usually gets OK in 2-10 days and then there will be a soft LUD. GC application remains in pending state for Priority Date, Processing Date and Name Check (now there is NC override of six months).
FP is not a bottleneck, except for few cases - they have not received FP notices for the past 8-10 months.
It is expected that Priority Date and Processing Date will be cause of delays

Did you think of maybe reversing the stroke and fill colours of the font to achieve better contrast? instead of green stroke white outline, the apple, for example, reverse it so that it is white on the outside, green on the inside, because the green tends to blend in with the fruit.

I find that fireworks mx is really cool for doing what you are trying to do if you can get your hands on it. Oh yeah and I think you should antialias the text a little bit. If you want honest opinions....I think the image could use a little jazzing up....Try this:
Find a nice big panoramic image like of a beach or something.. Then give it a real big gaussian blur (so that you cannt recoginze what it was)......U should already notice it looks similar to a gradient. 2. The give it a strong motion blur to the left or right (to soften the image) 3. Then do a an adjustment...hue.....and play with the saturation and settings. (You should have a pretty nice gradient looking abstract at this point). 4. Then duplicate the layer and play with that layers blend mode. I find luminosity to be cool but find one to suit your needs. That will make your text and image seem more interesting....right now it looks kinda dead in the water......I find gradients by themselves to be boring this day in age (most of the time). Let me know if you need a more indepth tutorial....this one was kinda weak but....hey

I thought the same about the officer . Now , am in the second category..Have an H1 but my i94 is on H4 stamping ..I hold an Indian passport , do you know if i should get the H1 stamping (first time stamping) in India or can i conveniently get it done in Canada?
So what I understand is that your I 797 (H1 approval) does not have attached I94 at the bottom.
If that is the case, you have two options:
1. File for Change of status with USCIS and then they will send you new I 797 with attached I 94. (you will need your attorney to do this for you).
2. Get H1 stamped on the passport (peferably in India as this is your first H1 stamping).
After that you can get your SS card.

I think you're okay. Hopefully USCIS made a note in their system when your application was first sent and you just needed to correct something. Did you ask your lawyer what he thinks will happen?

since it is a personal choice, you can go-ahead with paper filing, below are the documents that you need;
Covering Letter for EAD
Filled I-765 Form
Cashier/Personal Check
Copy of I485 Receipt Notice
Copy of your Passport
Copy of your DL

Copy of your H1 approval with I-94, if your I94 obtained at POE expired.

Class of admission means the class/status she was admitted into the country with. So I think u should use H4. I think u should mail it together...
